MMS presents an easy way to connect Black Healthcare professionals to communities of color. With a simple upload feature, while sharing personalized success tips all on your phone or tablet. It is available on apple and google, presenting an innovative way to pay it forward and build up our community.
Ever heard…not enough Blacks in STEM or I want to be an athlete. While being an athlete is great, you and I know that only 0.03% of athletes make it to the top. It’s past time to create viable career options for communities of color and a pathway in STEM.
How? MMS is created for easy access to find Black healthcare professionals with mentoring opportunities. Email your STEM career related questions and get answers with quick turnaround from healthcare professionals.
We all know “representation matters” however visibility is a key component.
MMS is simple to use and navigate, It also creates increased visibility of underrepresented minorities in healthcare, all without a subscription fee.
Primary Goal: Bridge the STEM gap and empower communities of color to say “Yes” to Science and see it as a viable career option.
This is the only app of its kind in the nation that features all black healthcare professionals with success tips to encourage children as they consider future career goals.
Over the years, our community has seen a steady decline in college students going into STEM. Together we can change it and turn things around. No one person can do it, but,
coming together from different parts of our nation, as Healthcare professionals we can create a space, where aspiring students with dreams are validated.
